How to activate the code

    Make sure the ChatGPT account you want to top up has US dollar billing — otherwise the card will not activate.

    Open chatgpt.com/redeem in your browser and sign in to the account you need (or create a new one). Check that you are signed in to the exact account and workspace where you want to add the balance: once activated, the funds cannot be transferred to another account.

    Enter the PIN from the gift card and confirm activation.

  4. The full card value will be credited to the account's OpenAI wallet balance. You can check the balance under "Settings → Billing"; from there it is automatically applied to pay for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and credit purchases on the ChatGPT web version.
