1. General Provisions

This policy defines procedures for processing and protecting personal data of blinkcodes.com users. By using the Site, you consent to these terms. The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

3. Categories of Processed Data

3.1 User-Provided Data

• Email addresses — for digital goods delivery, order communications, and marketing (with consent)
• Gaming account identifiers — for order fulfillment
• Phone numbers — for mobile account replenishment
• Support correspondence — for handling inquiries and claims

3.2 Automatically Collected Data

• IP addresses — security and fraud prevention; for analytics, processed in-memory for geolocation only and not associated with a persistent identifier
• Session cookies — site functionality and shopping cart state
• Aggregated usage statistics — collected via self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami): page URL, referrer, browser, country. No persistent identifier, no cross-site tracking
• Browser information — compatibility assurance

3.3 Payment Data

Bank card details are not transmitted to or stored by the Operator. Payments are processed on Stripe-hosted checkout pages by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), a PCI-DSS Level 1 licensed payment provider. Stripe-domain cookies set during checkout are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and are required for fraud prevention and transaction integrity.

4. Cookies

Strictly-necessary cookies (session, payment processing) are required for Site operation and are set without consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. Our analytics provider (self-hosted Umami) is cookieless and uses a daily-rotating hashed identifier, in line with European data protection authority guidance on consent-exempt audience measurement.

Optional third-party services that may set non-essential cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, when enabled) load by default and are disabled when the user selects "Essential only" in the cookie banner. The choice is stored locally; rejecting will prevent these scripts from loading on subsequent page views. Users can also manage cookies via browser settings.

5. Data Retention

Data is stored only for the duration necessary for processing purposes, unless otherwise required by law. Upon achieving the purpose, data is destroyed.

6. Third-Party Data Transfers

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing, fraud prevention, refunds. Transfers limited to data strictly necessary to complete the transaction.
• Digital goods suppliers — product delivery (email, order identifiers; no payment data)
• Self-hosted Umami analytics — aggregated, cookieless site usage statistics. Data is stored on Operator-controlled infrastructure; no transfer to third parties.

Commercial sale or rental of data is prohibited. The Operator may disclose data per government requests under applicable law. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the Operator relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards permitted under GDPR Chapter V.

7. Data Storage and Protection

The Operator implements legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution.

8. Incident Response

In the event of security incidents involving data breaches, the Operator takes immediate remedial measures to minimize harm and notifies relevant authorities within the legally required timeframe.

9. Personal Data Inquiries

Users may submit requests to support@blinkcodes.com with a 10-business-day response deadline. The Operator may refuse deletion if processing is necessary for contract fulfillment or legal compliance.

10. Policy Modifications

The Operator may amend this policy. New versions take effect upon publication. Continued Site use indicates acceptance. The current policy is always available at blinkcodes.com/privacy.
