How does a direct top-up work?

On the product page you pick the amount and type the number in international format, +49 for Germany for example. Once the payment is confirmed the credit goes to that number, so there's no code to enter.

Can I top up any number?

Pick the operator the number is on. The product page says what else applies: Vodafone Germany, for example, needs an active prepaid number on the Vodafone network.

How long does the credit take?

Usually within minutes, and our terms allow up to 72 hours.

What if nothing comes through?

If you get neither the credit nor the code within 72 hours, or you were charged twice, email support@support.blinkcodes.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back the way you paid.

Do I need an account?

No. We only ask for an email address at checkout, and a PIN voucher goes there.
