About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure your Lyca Mobile SIM card is registered in Germany (DE). The voucher is valid only for German Lyca Mobile numbers — if the region does not match, activation is not possible and no refund will be issued for this reason.

  2. 2

Receive your voucher code — it will be available in your order email or in your account on the store after payment.

  3. 3

To activate, dial on your phone keypad: *131*CODE# (replace "CODE" with your voucher code) and press the call button. The balance will be credited automatically.

  4. 4

Alternative method: call 321 (from your Lyca Mobile) or +49 1521 100 0321 (from any phone) and follow the voice instructions to enter the code.

  5. To check your balance after topping up, dial *131# and press call, or call 321 / +49 1521 100 0321 and select the appropriate menu option.
