About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure your SIM card is registered on the Now Mobile network in the United Kingdom (GB region). Vouchers only work for GB accounts; per store policy, no refunds are issued for region mismatch.

  2. 2

Receive your voucher code in your order email or in your account on the store.

  3. 3

From your Now Mobile number, dial 669 and follow the voice instructions to activate the voucher.

  4. 4

Alternative method: enter the USSD command *123*YOUR_CODE# in your phone dialer and press Call — the balance will be credited automatically.

  5. To check your balance, also dial 669 and follow the menu instructions. For support, call +44 2078 7176 69.
