How to activate the code

    Make sure your phone number is connected to the AT&T Prepaid® network (US). The voucher does not work with accounts from other carriers or AT&T postpaid plans.

    Get your voucher PIN — it will be included in your order confirmation email or in your account on the store after payment.

    Method 1 — USSD from your phone: dial *888*[PIN]# and press the call (SEND) button. For example: *888*1234567890123#. You will receive an SMS confirmation that the funds have been added.

    Method 2 — via the website: log in to your AT&T Prepaid account at att.com, go to "Manage Prepaid account" → "Make a Payment", scroll down to "AT&T Prepaid Refill Card", enter the PIN and click "Continue".

  5. Method 3 — by phone: call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone or 800.901.9878 from any other phone and follow the voice prompts to top up your account.
