Make sure you provide a valid Indian prepaid 10-digit Jio number — top-up only works for Jio numbers in India.

When placing your order, enter the Jio phone number in the corresponding field. Check that the number is correct before confirming — it cannot be changed after payment.

Select the desired denomination (Call Credit or Bundle) and complete payment. The funds or pack are credited to the specified number automatically — no activation code entry is required.

Crediting usually happens within 1–5 minutes after successful payment. You can check your balance and plan status in the MyJio app or by dialing *333# on the Jio number.
