About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure your phone is in Bahrain and has a Lucky Mobile prepaid SIM card installed — BH region vouchers only work on numbers from this operator.

  2. 2

After paying for your order, find the voucher code in your order email or in your account on the store.

  3. 3

Dial the USSD command *494# on your phone and press the call button. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the voucher code and confirm the top-up.

  4. 4

To check your balance after the top-up, dial *122# and follow the prompts. To check your remaining mobile data, dial *777*1*1#.

  5. If you run into any issues, contact Lucky Mobile support: call 123 from your Lucky number.
