About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure your O2 SIM card is registered to the German region (DE). O2 DE vouchers will not activate on SIM cards from other countries.

  2. 2

Get your voucher code — it will be included in your order email or in your account on the store website.

  3. 3

Method 1 — USSD: dial *103*CODE# on your phone keypad (where CODE is your voucher code) and press the call button. Your balance will be topped up automatically.

  4. 4

Method 2 — call: from your O2 phone, call 5667 (free) and follow the voice instructions to enter the code.

  5. To check your balance after topping up, dial *101# and press the call button — your current balance will appear on the screen.
