About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure you are using a du prepaid SIM card registered in the UAE. The voucher does not work with numbers from other operators.

  2. 2

After payment, you will receive the voucher code (eVoucher) in your order email or in your account on the store.

  3. 3

To top up your balance, dial the USSD command on your phone: *135*<voucher number># and press the call button. Replace <voucher number> with the activation code you received.

  4. 4

Wait for a confirmation message from the operator — the funds are credited to your account almost instantly.

  5. To check your remaining balance, dial *135# and select option 1 in the menu that appears.
