How to activate the code
- 1
Make sure your EE SIM is registered in the United Kingdom (GB). EE vouchers only work on UK EE PAYG numbers; activation is not possible on SIMs from other regions or carriers.
- 2
You will receive a 16-digit voucher code — it will be included in your order email or in your account on the store.
- 3
Method 1 — SMS: send a message in the format "VO space 16-digit voucher number" (for example: VO 1234567891234567) to 150 from your EE phone. To top up someone else's number, add the mobile number you want to top up at the end of the message, separated by a space.
- 4
Method 2 — call: dial 150 from the EE device you want to top up and follow the voice menu instructions to enter the voucher code.
After successful redemption, you will receive an SMS confirmation that the funds have been credited to your balance. The credited balance can be used right away or applied to activate one of the EE plans.
