About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure the phone number you want to top up is an Irish eir Mobile prepay number — the voucher only works on this network.

  2. 2

After payment, you will receive the voucher code by email (in your order confirmation email or in your account on the store).

  3. 3

Method 1: call 1740 from your eir Mobile phone and follow the voice instructions to activate the voucher.

  4. 4

Method 2: send an SMS with the voucher code to 50103 — the top-up will be applied automatically.

  5. To check your balance after topping up, dial *#100# on your device and press the call button.
