How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure your phone uses a Proximus Pay&Go SIM card for the Belgian region — the voucher is only valid for this plan and region.

  2. 2

Receive the voucher code in your order email or in your account on the store.

  3. 3

Dial *121*CODE# on your phone (replace "CODE" with the voucher code you received) and press the call button. The balance will be credited automatically.

  4. 4

Alternative method: call 1911 and follow the voice instructions to activate the voucher.

  5. To check your remaining balance after topping up, dial *121# and press the call button.
