Make sure your Steam account's store country is one of the following: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan. The code will not activate on an account with a different country.

In the Steam client: launch the app and sign in to the correct account — the key will be permanently bound to the account on which it is activated.

Open the "Games" menu at the top → "Activate a Product on Steam…".

Accept the Steam Subscriber Agreement, paste the received key into the field, and confirm — the game will appear in your library and be ready to download.

Via browser: open store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey and sign in to the same Steam account.

Enter the key in the activation field, check the box agreeing to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and submit the form — the license will be bound to the account and the game will appear in your library.
