How to activate the code

    Make sure your Nintendo Account region is set to Mexico. You can check this at accounts.nintendo.com under "Profile" → "User Information" → "Country/Region of Residence". The code is intended exclusively for the Mexican eShop — if the region does not match, activation is not possible and no refund will be issued in that case.

    On the Nintendo Switch home screen, select the Nintendo eShop icon to launch the store.

    Select the account on which you want to activate the subscription.

    On the left side of the screen, click "Enter Code".

    Enter the 16-character code from your order email and click "OK" to confirm. The subscription will be activated immediately.

    Via browser: go to ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/ and sign in to your Nintendo Account. Note: this method only works if the account has opened the eShop on the console at least once.

    Make sure the correct account is shown in the top-right corner.

  8. Enter the 16-character code and click "Next". Confirm the activation — the subscription will be added to your account.
