About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure your number is prepaid (Hayyak) and registered in Oman. The voucher does not work on postpaid plans.

  2. 2

Open the Phone app and dial on the keypad: *101*CODE# — where CODE is the digital code from your voucher. Press the call (Send/Call) button.

  3. 3

Wait for a confirmation message that the top-up was successful. Funds are credited almost instantly.

  4. 4

Alternative method: call 1233 from your Omantel number and follow the voice instructions to enter your voucher code.

  5. To check your balance after topping up, dial *100# and press the call button, or call 1233 and select the appropriate menu option.
