Make sure the country set in your Steam account settings is one of the following: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan. The code will not activate on accounts with a different country.

Launch the Steam client and sign in to your account.

In the client's top menu, open the "Games" section and select "Activate a Product on Steam…".

Follow the wizard's prompts: accept the agreement, enter the key you received, and confirm activation. The game will appear in your library.

Via browser: open store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey and sign in to your Steam account.

Enter the key in the activation field, accept the terms, and click the confirmation button — the game will be linked to your account and appear in your library.
