How to activate the code

    Make sure your Uber account region matches the EU region — the card is only valid in European countries. If your account region does not match, activation will be unavailable, and refunds under the store policy are not provided in this case.

    In the Uber app: make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Tap the menu icon and select "Wallet".

    Tap "Add Payment Method" or "Redeem Gift Card", then select "Gift Card". Enter the PIN / gift card code without spaces and tap "Add".

    In the Uber Eats app: make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Tap the profile icon and select "Wallet" → "Add Payment Method" → "Gift Card". Enter the code without spaces and tap "Add".

  5. After successful activation, the funds will appear in your Uber Cash balance. When you book a ride or place an order, the app will automatically use your wallet as the primary payment method.
