Why top up AFK Journey in the first place

AFK Journey is generous with idle rewards, but at some point you hit a wall. Hero ascension gets expensive. Arena pushes require specific pulls. And the seasonal events dangle cosmetics and resources that are painful to skip. That is where Dragon Crystals come in. You spend them on summons, stamina refreshes, and shop bundles. The two Gazette passes, Classic and Premium, are recurring monthly subscriptions that drip-feed resources over time instead of giving you a lump sum.

I have bought both types more than once. Crystals are for when you need something right now. Gazettes are for steady momentum across the month. Most players end up mixing the two.

What you can buy and what it costs

Notice the bonus crystals on every pack. Those extras are already included in the price, so you do not pay extra for them. The Gazette passes do not list bonus crystals because they work differently. They distribute rewards across the month rather than dumping everything into your inbox at once.

How the purchase flow works

When you buy from us, you are buying a redemption code. We are an independent reseller, not an official store, so the code gets delivered to you and you apply it inside the game yourself. The whole thing usually takes a few minutes.

You will receive the code by email after payment clears. From there, it is a matter of pasting it into the right field in the AFK Journey client.

Step by step, from checkout to in-game credit

  1. Pick the AFK Journey product you want on our store and complete checkout.
  2. Check your email for a message containing your redemption code.
  3. Open AFK Journey on your device and log into your account.
  4. Tap your profile portrait, usually in the top-left corner of the main screen.
  5. Find and open the settings or account menu, then locate the redemption or gift code field.
  6. Paste your code exactly as it appears in the email, then confirm.
  7. Check your in-game mailbox for the delivered items and claim them.

If the code does not work on the first try, double-check for stray spaces at the start or end of the pasted string. That is the most common issue I see. Codes are case-sensitive, so copy them verbatim.

Which option should you pick

If you are spending about 4 USD and trying to decide between the Classic Gazette and the 120 Crystal pack, think about your play pattern. The Gazette gives you more total value across a month but locks it behind daily logins. The crystal pack gives you everything up front, which matters if you are in the middle of an event that ends tonight.

The Premium Gazette at about 14 USD is the best long-term value if you play daily. It outpaces crystal packs in raw resource output over 30 days, assuming you log in regularly to collect. But if your schedule is spotty, crystals are more forgiving because they sit in your account until you need them.

For larger crystal purchases, the per-crystal cost improves as you go up. The 3000-pack at about 90 USD gives you the best rate we offer. That said, only go there if you already know what you are spending on. Pulling blindly at high volume is a quick way to burn through a budget with nothing to show for it.

A few things to keep in mind

Codes do not expire instantly, but I recommend redeeming them soon after purchase to avoid any issues. If something goes wrong, whether the code will not apply or you received the wrong product, email support@blinkcodes.com with your order details and we will sort it out.

Make sure you are logged into the correct AFK Journey account before redeeming. Codes are typically single-use, and once a code is applied to an account, it cannot be transferred. I have seen players accidentally top up a secondary account they forgot they were logged into, which is frustrating but avoidable if you check your username first.
