How to buy and redeem Roblox gift cards without the usual hassle
Why people still reach for Roblox gift cards
You would think digital wallets killed the gift card. They did not. Roblox players still buy codes constantly because it keeps a charge off the family statement and avoids failed card verifications on the Roblox checkout page. A code lands in your inbox, you paste it, and the Robux show up. That is the whole loop.
I have watched people burn thirty minutes retrying a debit card that Roblox keeps rejecting for no clear reason. A gift code skips that entirely.
What we sell and roughly what it costs
Our store lists two flavors of Roblox gift cards: fixed Robux amounts and AED-denominated cards. Prices are approximate and in USD.
The Robux-denominated options are straightforward. An 800 Robux code is about 9 USD. A 2000 Robux code is about 23 USD. A 4500 Robux code runs about 49 USD. The 10000 Robux code sits at about 102 USD for players who want to stock up in one shot.
The AED cards add wallet credit that you can spend on Robux or a Roblox Premium subscription. AED 20 is about 5 USD. AED 50 is about 13 USD. AED 100 is about 27 USD. AED 200 is about 53 USD. These are useful if you want flexibility instead of a locked Robux amount.
Which card should you pick
It depends on what the recipient actually wants. If someone just wants Robux to spend on avatar items or game passes, go straight for the Robux-denominated code. The math is transparent and there is no currency conversion step inside Roblox.
If you are not sure, or you are gifting, the AED cards are safer. The recipient can decide between Robux and a Premium membership at redemption time. Premium gives a monthly Robux stipend plus a marketplace discount, which is a better long-term value if the player logs in every day.
How to buy a Roblox gift card from us
- Open the Roblox gift card page on our store and pick the denomination you want.
- Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Pay in USD using your preferred method.
- Check the email address you used at checkout for your redemption code.
- Copy the code exactly as it appears, including any hyphens if present.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam before contacting support. Nine times out of ten it is sitting in a filtered folder.
How to redeem the code on Roblox
- Go to roblox.com/redeem in a browser and sign in to the account that should receive the Robux or credit.
- Paste the code into the redemption field.
- Click the redeem button and wait for the confirmation message.
- Check your Robux balance at the top of the page to confirm it updated.
Redeeming on a browser is more reliable than the mobile app. The app sometimes swallows the confirmation without updating the balance visually, which causes people to redeem the same code twice and hit an error. Use a browser the first time.
What to do if a code fails
Double-check that you copied the entire string. Codes are case sensitive in some regions, so keep the original casing. If Roblox says the code is invalid or already redeemed and you are certain you have not used it, email support@blinkcodes.com with your order number and the code. We will check what happened on our end and get you sorted.
Do not keep retrying a code that returns an error. Some systems will temporarily lock the redemption flow after repeated failed attempts, which just delays everything further.
A note on gifting and regions
Roblox gift cards are region-locked to the currency printed on them. AED cards add credit to accounts that accept AED wallet top-ups. If you are buying for someone in a different region, the Robux-denominated codes are generally the safer pick because they convert cleanly into Robux regardless of the account's local currency.
For younger players, a gift card is also a way to set a hard spending limit. You hand over a 2000 Robux code and that is the ceiling. No surprise charges on the card statement later.
