How to buy and redeem skate.™ gift cards

· · 4 min

What you actually get with a skate.™ gift card

skate.™ runs on an in-game currency called San Van Bucks, and that is what most of these cards give you. You buy a code from us, redeem it inside the game, and the Bucks or pack contents land on your account. No physical shipping, no waiting around. The whole thing is a digital code delivered to your email.

There are also bundled packs that mix currency with cosmetic or progression items. Those are worth knowing about before you checkout, because two cards at the same price can contain very different things.

Short version: figure out whether you want raw currency or a pack first.

The denominations and packs available

Here is what we currently list on the store. Prices are approximate and shown in USD.

Notice that the Welcome Pack and the Founder's Pack sit at the same price point, and the same is true for their Deluxe versions at about 46 USD. Read the pack descriptions on the product page before you pick one, since the contents are not identical and you want to make sure you are buying the bundle that actually fits what you are trying to unlock.

How buying works on BlinkCodes

The purchase flow is deliberately simple. You are essentially walking up to a digital kiosk, choosing a product, paying, and walking away with a code in your inbox.

  1. Open the skate.™ gift card product page on our store.
  2. Select the denomination or pack you want from the available options.
  3. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your email address carefully, because that is where the code will be sent.
  5. Complete payment using your preferred method.
  6. Check your email for the delivery message containing your redemption code.

If the email does not show up within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out. If it is still missing, contact support at support@blinkcodes.com and include the order number so we can trace it quickly.

Redeeming the code inside skate.™

Once you have the code, the redemption happens inside the game itself, not on our site. We sell the codes, we do not control the in-game redemption interface, so the exact menu names may shift with updates. The general flow has stayed consistent though.

  1. Launch skate.™ on your platform and log into the account where you want the items.
  2. Open the in-game store or the code redemption section, usually found in settings or the main menu.
  3. Enter the code from your email exactly as it appears, paying attention to hyphens and capitalization.
  4. Confirm the redemption and wait for the success message.
  5. Check your San Van Bucks balance or your inventory to verify the pack contents arrived.

If the game rejects the code, double-check that you typed it correctly and that you have not already redeemed it on another account. Codes are single-use, so once they are applied to an account they cannot be transferred or reused.

Picking the right card without overpaying

The cheapest option is not always the smartest one, and the most expensive one is not always the best value. It depends on what you are trying to do in skate.™.

If you only need a small amount of San Van Bucks to grab one cosmetic item, the 500 or 1,050 Buck tiers make sense and keep your spend low. If you play regularly and know you will burn through currency on new drops, jumping straight to the 2,800 or 5,900 Buck tiers gives you more per dollar than buying small top-ups repeatedly.

Packs are a different calculation. The Founder's Pack and Welcome Pack at about 23 USD, and their Deluxe versions at about 46 USD, are aimed at players who want the bundled extras, not just currency. If you do not care about the pack cosmetics or progression boosts, you are better off with a pure currency card and skipping the bundle entirely.

One thing I have seen people do is buy a Founder's Pack early when they start playing, then top up with a smaller currency card later once they figure out what they actually want to spend Bucks on. That approach works well if you are new to the game and unsure about your long-term spending.

A few practical notes before you buy

Codes are region-sensitive in some cases, so check the product page for any region restrictions before purchasing. We list region details where they apply, and ignoring them is the most common reason a code fails to redeem.

Also, we are an independent reseller. We do not have a direct partnership with skate.™ or its publisher, and we do not claim official reseller status. What we do is source codes and deliver them to you at the prices listed, with support handled through our own email if anything goes wrong with delivery.

If you hit a problem that is clearly on the redemption side rather than the delivery side, the game's own support channels are the right place to go. But if you never received your code, or the code looks malformed, that is on us and we will sort it out through support@blinkcodes.com.
