How to buy and redeem Three gift cards
What a Three gift card actually does
A Three gift card, sold in our store as a Drei Voucher, is a prepaid credit code for the Three Austria network. You buy the code from us, get it by email, then enter it on the Three Austria website or in the Mein Drei app to add credit to a prepaid account. That is the whole thing. No physical card ships and nothing gets mailed.
The credit lands on whatever phone number you tie it to. From there it behaves like any prepaid balance. You can use it for calls, texts, data, or whatever your tariff allows. It is not a shopping voucher and it does not work outside the Three Austria ecosystem.
The denominations and what they cost
We list eight denominations, all priced in USD because that is how our checkout works, even though the underlying voucher is denominated in euros. The EUR 10 Drei Voucher runs about 12 USD. The EUR 15 sits at about 17 USD, the EUR 20 at about 23 USD, and the EUR 25 at about 29 USD.
Stepping up, the EUR 30 Drei Voucher is about 35 USD. The EUR 40 is about 47 USD, the EUR 50 is about 58 USD, and the EUR 100 Drei Voucher lands at about 117 USD. Treat every figure as approximate since currency conversion shifts day to day. The exact total shows up at checkout before you pay.
How the purchase works on our end
You pick the denomination you want, add it to your cart, and check out. We accept standard payment methods. Once the payment clears, the voucher code is sent to your email. That usually happens within minutes. It is a code, not a file, so there is nothing to download or print unless you want a hard copy for your records.
If the email does not arrive, check spam first. Then write to support@blinkcodes.com and include your order number. We can resend the code or figure out what went wrong. This happens occasionally and it is almost always an email filtering issue, not a failed order.
Redeeming the code on Three Austria
There are two common paths. The first is the Mein Drei app, which is the account management tool for Three Austria customers. You log in with your phone number, find the top-up or voucher section, and enter the code we sent you. The credit applies immediately in most cases.
The second path is the Three Austria website. Head to the top-up page, enter your phone number and the voucher code, and submit. The site confirms whether the code was accepted. If it was, the new balance shows on your account. If you get an error, double-check that you typed the code exactly, including any dashes or letter casing, and that your number is an active Three Austria prepaid line.
A few things worth knowing before you buy
These vouchers only work on Three Austria. If your SIM is on Three UK or Three Ireland, this is the wrong product. The names sound similar but the networks are separate companies with separate top-up systems. We have seen people buy these by mistake more than once.
The code does not expire instantly, but you should redeem it reasonably soon after purchase. Three Austria's own terms govern how long an unused voucher stays valid, and those terms can change. If you sit on a code for months and then run into trouble redeeming it, reach out to us with the order details and we will help figure out what happened.
The credit is tied to the phone number once redeemed. You cannot split it across multiple numbers, and you cannot partially refund it once it has been applied. So make sure you enter the correct number before hitting submit. A wrong number means the credit goes to someone else's account, and recovering it is between you and Three Austria's customer service.
For most people the flow is simple. Choose a denomination, pay, get the code by email, enter it in the app or on the site, and the balance updates. If anything breaks along the way, support@blinkcodes.com is where to start.
