Make sure your Apple ID region is Canada. This card is intended for Canadian accounts only; activation on an account from another region is not possible. You can change your region in your Apple ID settings before activating the card.

On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app. At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button or your photo.

Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code". If this option is not displayed, sign in with your Apple ID first. Tap "Use Camera" and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have trouble, tap "You can also enter your code manually" and enter the code yourself. Tap "Done".

On Mac, open the App Store. In the sidebar, click your name or the sign-in button. Click "Redeem Gift Card". Click "Use Camera" or enter the code manually, following the on-screen instructions. Click "Done".
After successful activation, the denomination amount will be credited to your Apple Account balance and will be available for purchases across all Apple services.
