How to activate the code

    Make sure your Apple ID region is set to Italy. The card only works on Italian region accounts — activation on an account from another region is not possible, and no refund is provided in that case.

    Method 1 — via the App Store on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: open the App Store app.

  3. 3

    Tap the sign-in button or your profile photo at the top of the screen, then select "Redeem Gift Card or Code". If the option is not displayed, sign in to your Apple ID.

    Tap "Use Camera" and follow the on-screen instructions to scan the code. If you have trouble, select "Enter Code Manually" and enter the code from your order email. Tap "Redeem" to finish.

  5. Method 2 — via the App Store on Mac: open the App Store, click your name or the sign-in button in the sidebar, select "Redeem Gift Card", scan the code with the camera or enter it manually, then click "Redeem".
