How to activate the code

    Make sure your Apple ID region is set to Japan. The card is tied to the Japanese store and will not activate on accounts from another region.

    On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: open the App Store app, tap the sign-in button or your profile photo at the top of the screen, and select "Redeem Gift Card or Code." Tap "Use Camera" and follow the instructions — or select "Enter Code Manually" and type the code using the keyboard. Tap "Done."

    On Mac: open the App Store, click your name or the sign-in button in the sidebar, and select "Redeem Gift Card." Click "Use Camera" or "Enter Code Manually" and follow the on-screen instructions. Click "Done."

  5. Alternatively, via browser: go to apple.com/redeem, sign in with your Apple ID, and enter the 16-digit code manually. The balance is credited instantly.
