How to activate the code

    Make sure the country selected in your Apple Account settings is Luxembourg (LU). An LU region code will not be accepted on accounts with a different country, and no refund is issued for choosing the wrong region.

    On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the App Store app and tap the sign-in button or your photo at the top of the screen.

    Select "Redeem Gift Card or Code." If this option is missing, sign in to your Apple Account first.

    Tap "Use Camera" and point the camera at the code, or select "Enter Code Manually" and enter the 16-digit code from your order email — it starts with the letter "X."

    Tap "Redeem." The amount will be added to your Apple Account balance and become available for purchases in the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books.

  6. On Mac: open the App Store, click your name or the sign-in button in the sidebar, select "Redeem Gift Card," then "Use Camera" or enter the code manually — the amount will be added to the same Apple Account balance.
