eSim Belgium

Make sure your device supports eSIM and is unlocked (not tied to a carrier). Also check that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection — it is required to install the profile.

After payment, you will receive an email with a QR code and installation instructions. Open the QR code on another device's screen or print it out — it is not possible to scan the QR code from the same phone on which the eSIM is being installed.

Go to your device settings and add a new plan: • iOS: Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add Plan → scan the QR code. • Android: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add mobile plan → scan the QR code. If necessary, enter the details manually (SM-DP+ address and activation code from the email).

After the profile is successfully installed, arrive in Belgium. Then: select the eSIM as your mobile data source, enable data roaming for this plan, and restart the device if the connection does not establish automatically.

Important: do not delete the installed eSIM profile — reinstalling the same QR code is generally not possible. The plan's validity period starts from the moment of first data use on the Belgian network.
