eSIM France

Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Supported devices include iPhone XR/XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and other current eSIM-capable models.

After payment, you will receive a QR code (or manual entry details) in your order email or in your account on our store. Install the eSIM in advance, before your trip — you will need a Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection to do so.

On iPhone: open Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan and scan the QR code with your camera. On Android: go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM and scan the QR code. If you don't have a camera, choose manual entry and enter the provided details (SM-DP+ address and activation code).

After installation, give the profile a name (for example, "France eSIM"), enable the line in settings, and turn on data roaming for this SIM. Your home SIM card will continue to work for calls and SMS at the same time.

On arrival in France, the eSIM will automatically connect to the local network and activate the plan. The validity period starts from the moment of the first connection to a French mobile network.
