eSIM Hong Kong

Make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. You can check support by dialing *#06# on your phone: if an EID number is displayed, eSIM is supported.

After payment, you will receive a QR code in your order email or in your account on the store. We recommend installing the eSIM in advance — at home, connected to Wi-Fi, before your trip to Hong Kong.

On iPhone: open Settings → Cellular → Add Plan → Use QR Code. Scan the QR code with your camera and follow the on-screen instructions. On Android: open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add SIM → Download eSIM. Scan the QR code and confirm the installation.

If scanning the QR code is not possible, enter the details manually: select "Enter details manually", then enter the SM-DP+ address and the activation code from your order email. Do not add https:// before the address.

After installation, make sure the Hong Kong eSIM profile is selected for data and that automatic data switching is turned off so that data is not used through your primary SIM. The plan's validity starts from the first connection to a Hong Kong network.
