About this product

How to activate the code

    Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM and is unlocked (not tied to a specific carrier). To check eSIM support on iPhone, go to Settings → General → About — an EID should be listed there. On Android: Settings → About phone, or dial *#06#.

    After your order is paid, the QR code and installation instructions will be sent to your email (usually within the stated delivery time). Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi before scanning.

    Install the eSIM profile: on iPhone — Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM, then scan the QR code with your camera. On Android — Settings → Connections → SIM card manager → Add eSIM (menu items may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer), then scan the QR code.

    After the profile is downloaded, turn on data for the eSIM line and enable Data Roaming in your device settings. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → [eSIM line name] → Data Roaming: On.

  5. The plan activation starts automatically upon the first connection to a network in Indonesia. The validity period of the package begins from that moment. A physical SIM card can remain in the device for calls and SMS.
