About this product

How to activate the code

    Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM and is unlocked from your home carrier. You can check support by dialing *#06# — if an EID number is displayed, the device is eSIM-compatible.

    After payment, you will receive a QR code and/or a text activation code in your order email to install the eSIM profile.

    Connect to Wi-Fi. On iPhone, go to: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code. On Android (Samsung): Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add plan → Scan QR code. On Android (Google Pixel): Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add → Download SIM → Scan QR code.

    Scan the QR code you received or enter the activation details manually. Wait for the eSIM profile to be installed on your device.

  5. Upon arrival in Italy, open the mobile data settings, select the installed eSIM profile as the primary line for data, and enable data roaming on it. Your main number will continue to work on the physical SIM card.
