Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM: dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your device is compatible. The phone must be unlocked (not tied to a carrier).

After payment, within 1–5 minutes you will receive an email at the address provided with a QR code to install the eSIM. Open the email on another device or print the QR code — you need to scan it with the camera of the smartphone you are installing it on.

Install the eSIM in advance while you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add Plan → scan the QR code. On Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM → scan the QR code (menu item names may vary depending on the manufacturer).

After scanning, follow the on-screen instructions: confirm adding the plan and give the line a name (for example, "Qatar eSIM"). Installation takes 2–3 minutes. Do not delete the eSIM profile after installation — reinstalling may not be possible.

Upon arrival in Qatar, turn on the eSIM and enable mobile roaming for that line in your device settings. The plan's validity period (30 days) starts from the moment it connects to the network. Your primary SIM card continues to work in parallel for calls and SMS.
