How to activate the code

    Make sure your device supports eSIM technology and is not locked (tied to a specific carrier). A list of compatible devices can be found on your smartphone manufacturer's website.

    After paying for your order, check your email — within 1–5 minutes you will receive a message with a QR code and installation instructions.

    Install the eSIM profile in advance: on iPhone, go to "Settings" → "Cellular" → "Add eSIM" and scan the QR code; on Android, open "Settings" → "Network" / "SIM Manager" → "Add plan" and scan the QR code. Wait for the installation to complete (1–2 minutes).

    Do not delete the installed eSIM profile — reinstalling the same QR code is generally not possible.

  5. Once you are within network coverage in Russia, activate the eSIM: enable data on this line and allow data roaming in your device settings. The plan's validity period starts from the moment of the first network connection.
