How to activate the code

    Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM technology and is not carrier-locked. You can check eSIM support by dialing *#06# — if an EID is displayed in the response, your device is compatible.

    After you place your order and complete payment, the QR code for installing the eSIM will be sent to your email within the stated delivery time. Keep the email — you will need the QR code during installation.

    Connect to Wi-Fi and open your device settings. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Other Method → Scan QR Code. On Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add plan → Scan QR code.

    Scan the QR code from the email. The eSIM profile will download and install automatically. We recommend installing it at home before you fly so that data works as soon as you arrive in Saudi Arabia.

  5. After arrival, activate data transfer through the eSIM profile and enable data roaming for this SIM in your device settings. The connection to the local network will be established automatically. The plan's validity period starts from the moment data is first used.
