How to activate the code

    Make sure your device supports eSIM: dial *#06# in the Phone app — if an EID number is displayed, eSIM is supported. The device must be unlocked (not tied to a carrier).

    Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device — an internet connection is required to download the eSIM profile. We recommend installing the eSIM in advance, before you travel.

    Open the order email and find the QR code. On iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM and scan the QR code. On Android (Samsung), go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM and scan the QR code. On Android (Google Pixel), go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Download a SIM instead and scan the QR code.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the eSIM profile installation. Give the new profile a clear name (for example, "Serbia").

  5. After arriving in Serbia, turn on mobile data and roaming for the eSIM profile. The 30-day period starts from the moment of the first connection to the local network. Calls and SMS over the cellular network are not available — use messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber) for voice communication.
