How to activate the code

    Make sure your smartphone or tablet supports eSIM technology. Most iPhone XS / XR and newer devices, as well as modern Android smartphones, support eSIM.

    After payment, an email with a QR code will be sent to the specified email address (usually within 1–5 minutes). Check your Spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

    Connect to Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → scan the QR code. On Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM → scan the QR code. You can also enter the details manually if scanning is unavailable.

    The eSIM profile will be downloaded and installed on your device. We recommend installing the profile in advance — before you fly to Singapore.

  5. Upon arrival in Singapore, select the eSIM as your mobile data source and enable data roaming for this profile. Connecting to the local network will activate the plan and start the validity period.
