eSIM Tunisia

Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. On iPhone, check: Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock — it should say "No SIM restrictions". On Android (Samsung): Settings → Connections → SIM manager → the presence of an "Add eSIM" option confirms compatibility.

After payment, the QR code and installation instructions will be sent to your email — usually within 1–5 minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your Spam folder.

Install the eSIM profile before your trip using a stable Wi-Fi connection. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → scan the QR code with the camera. On Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add mobile plan → scan the QR code. Alternatively, enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually if provided in the email.

Set the installed eSIM profile as the source for mobile data. Your primary SIM can remain active for calls and SMS.

Upon arrival in Tunisia, enable data roaming in your device settings and select the eSIM profile as active. The plan validity (30 days) begins from the moment of first connection to the local network. Do not delete the eSIM profile: reinstalling the same QR code is not possible.
