Make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. On iPhone, check: Settings → General → About → "SIM Lock" should show "No SIM restrictions." On Android, open Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators.

After payment, you will receive a QR code in your order email or in your account on the store. Do not scan the QR code in advance — activate the eSIM shortly before arriving in the United States or right after: the plan's validity starts from the moment the profile is installed.

On iPhone: go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → "Use QR code" and scan the QR code you received. On Android (Samsung): Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. On Android (Pixel): Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM.

Confirm the carrier profile download and wait for the installation to complete (usually takes a few seconds to a few minutes). Make sure the device is connected to Wi-Fi during installation.

After installation, select the eSIM as your mobile data source. If the plan is data-only (no calls), enable data roaming for that line in the settings. Check that you have signal — the eSIM is active and ready to use.
