eSIM Vietnam

Make sure your device supports eSIM and is unlocked for use with other carriers. To check, open Settings — if there is an "Add eSIM" / "Add Cellular Plan" option under "Cellular" or "Network", your device is compatible.

After payment, you will receive a QR code in your order email. We recommend installing it in advance — before you travel — while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code → scan the QR code from the email. On Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs / SIM Manager → Add eSIM → scan the QR code. If the camera cannot read the code, enter the details manually (the SM-DP+ address and activation code from the email).

After downloading the profile, do not turn on the eSIM line until you arrive in Vietnam: the validity period starts on the first connection to a mobile network. Confirm the installation by following the on-screen instructions and give the profile a clear name, for example "Vietnam eSIM".

On arrival in Vietnam, turn on the eSIM line in your device settings, enable data through this profile, and turn on Data Roaming. The device will automatically connect to the local network — the internet will work without any further steps.
