How to activate the code

    Make sure your Nintendo account is registered in the Europe (EU) region. The code is intended for European accounts; if your account region is different, the code will not activate, and per store policy, no refund is issued for a region error.

    On the Nintendo Switch home screen, select the Nintendo eShop icon and launch it.

    Select the account you want to redeem the code on.

    In the left menu, select "Enter Code" / "Redeem Code".

    Enter the 16-character download code and press "OK" to confirm.

    Via browser: go to ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/ and click "Sign in".

    Enter your Nintendo Account e-mail and password and click "Sign In". If you are already signed in, check the top-right corner to confirm it is the correct account.

    Enter the 16-digit download code and click "Next".

  9. Re-enter your Nintendo Account password and click "Redeem" to finish. A confirmation email will be sent to the account's e-mail address.
