About this product

How to activate the code

  1. 1

Make sure your Nintendo Account is set to the Hong Kong region. The card only works on accounts in the Hong Kong region — the code will not be accepted on an account in another region.

  2. 2

On the console's HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon and launch the store.

  3. 3

Select the account you want to add the funds to.

  4. 4

On the left side of the screen, select "Enter Code".

  5. 5

Enter the 16-character code from your order email and press OK to confirm. The funds will be added to the balance of the selected account.

  6. 6

    Via browser: go to ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/

  7. 7

Click "Sign in", enter the email address and password for your Nintendo Account, then click "Sign in" again.

  8. Enter the 16-digit code and click "Next". The funds will be added to your account balance.
