How to activate the code

    Make sure your Nintendo Account region is set to Mexico — the card only works on accounts in the Mexican region. If the region is different, the code cannot be activated, and per store policy no refund is issued for an incorrect region.

    On the console's HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop and select the account you want to add funds to.

  3. 3

    In the left menu of the eShop screen, select "Enter Code".

  4. 4

    Enter the 16-character code provided in your order email and press "OK" to confirm.

  5. Alternatively, you can redeem the code via a browser at ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/ — sign in to your Nintendo Account, enter the 16-digit code, click "Next", and confirm the redemption.
