How to activate the code

    Make sure your Nintendo Account is set to the Switzerland (CH) region. The code only works on accounts in this region — activation is not possible on an account with a different region.

    On the console's HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon and launch the store.

    Select the account you want to activate the subscription on.

    On the left side of the screen, select "Redeem Code" (on some firmware versions the button is called "Enter Code").

    Enter the 16-character code from your order email and press OK. The subscription activates immediately.

    Via browser: go to ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/ and click "Sign in".

    Enter the email and password for your Nintendo Account, then click "Sign In". Note: for online activation, you must first sign in to Nintendo eShop on the console with this account at least once.

  8. Enter the 16-character code from your order email and confirm. The subscription activates on the account immediately.
