How to activate the code

    Make sure your Nintendo Account country is set to United Kingdom (GB). The code only activates on UK region accounts; no refund is provided if the region does not match.

    On the Nintendo Switch home screen, select the Nintendo eShop icon to open the store.

    Select the account you want to activate the subscription on.

    In the left panel, select "Redeem Code". Enter the 16-character code from your order email.

    Click "OK" to confirm. The Nintendo Switch Online subscription will be activated on the selected account.

    Via browser: go to https://ec.nintendo.com/redeem/#/ and click "Sign in". Enter your Nintendo Account email and password, then click "Sign in" again.

    Make sure the correct account is shown in the top right corner. Enter the 16-character code and click "Next".

  8. When prompted, re-enter your Nintendo Account password, then click "Redeem". The subscription will be activated and a confirmation email will be sent.
