How to activate the code

    Make sure your SIM card is connected to the Ooredoo Qatar network (Hala plan) — the voucher only works on Qatari numbers of this operator.

  2. 2

    Get the voucher PIN code: it will be included in your order email or in your account on the store website after payment.

  3. 3

    On your phone keypad, dial *127*, then the voucher PIN code, then the # symbol. The final command looks like this: *127*[PIN]#. Press the call button.

  4. 4

    Wait for a confirmation notification from Ooredoo. The funds will be credited to your balance immediately.

  5. To check your current balance, dial *129# and press the call button.
