How to activate the code

    Make sure your PSN account region matches the card region (Belgium). The code will not activate on accounts from other regions; no refund is provided if the region does not match.

    Via web browser: go to PlayStation®Store (store.playstation.com), click the profile icon (avatar) at the top of the screen, and select "Redeem Codes" from the drop-down menu.

    On PS5: open Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payment and Subscriptions → Redeem Codes. Enter the 12-digit code and click "Redeem". You can also enter the code at checkout by selecting "Redeem Codes and Gift Cards" in the payment method section.

  4. On PS4: open PlayStation®Store, scroll the sidebar down, and select "Redeem Codes". Carefully enter the code and click "Redeem". The funds or content will be credited to your account immediately.
