How to activate the code

    Make sure your PSN account region is Canada. This card is intended for Canadian accounts; activation on an account from another region is not possible. Per store policy, no refunds are issued for region mismatch.

    You will receive a 12-digit code in your order confirmation email or in your account on our store.

    Via browser: go to PlayStation Store (store.playstation.com), click your avatar at the top of the screen, select "Redeem Codes" from the drop-down menu, enter the code, and click "Redeem". The funds will be added to your account.

    On PS5: go to Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payment and Subscriptions → Redeem Codes. Enter the code and click "Redeem". You can also enter the code at checkout by selecting "Redeem Codes and Gift Cards" in the payment methods menu.

  5. On PS4: open PlayStation Store, scroll the sidebar down to "Redeem Codes", carefully enter the code, and click "Redeem". The funds will be added to your account.
