How to activate the code

    Make sure your PlayStation Network account region is Italy (IT). The card is tied to the Italian region; it cannot be activated on accounts from other countries, and no refund is issued for a region mismatch.

    Via browser: go to store.playstation.com, sign in to your account, and click your avatar at the top of the screen. In the drop-down menu, select "Redeem Codes".

    On PS5: open "Settings" → "Users and Accounts" → "Account" → "Payment and Subscriptions" → "Redeem Code". Enter the code and confirm.

    On PS4: open PlayStation Store and scroll the sidebar down to "Redeem Codes". Enter the 12-digit code and click "Redeem".

  5. You can also enter the code during checkout in PS Store by selecting "Redeem Codes and Gift Cards" in the payment methods menu. After successful activation, the funds will appear in your wallet balance.
