How to activate the code

    Make sure your PlayStation Network account is registered in the Portugal region. The card will not work for accounts in other regions, and no refunds are provided if the region does not match.

    Via browser: go to store.playstation.com, sign in to your account, click the avatar at the top of the screen, and select "Redeem Codes" from the drop-down menu.

    On PS5: open Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payments and Subscriptions → Redeem Codes. Enter the 12-digit code and click "Redeem".

    On PS4: open PlayStation Store, scroll the sidebar down, and select "Redeem Codes". Carefully enter the code and click "Redeem".

  5. Alternatively: when making any purchase in PlayStation Store, select the payment method "Redeem Codes and Gift Cards" and enter the code directly during checkout. After successful redemption, the funds or content will be credited to your account immediately.
