Make sure your PlayStation®Network account region is Qatar. The code is tied to this region; if your account region is different, activation will not be possible, and no refund will be issued in that case.

Choose the most convenient activation method: via a web browser, on a PS5 console, or on a PS4 console (instructions for each option are below).

Via a web browser: go to PlayStation Store (store.playstation.com), click your avatar at the top of the screen → select "Redeem Codes" → carefully enter the code → click "Redeem". The balance will be added to your account.

On a PS5 console: open Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Payments and Subscriptions → Redeem Codes. Enter the code and click "Redeem". You can also enter the code at checkout by selecting "Redeem Codes and Gift Cards" in the payment methods menu.

On a PS4 console: open PlayStation Store → scroll down in the side menu → select "Redeem Codes" → carefully enter the code → click "Redeem". The balance will be added to your account.
